Refund policy

We hope you are really happy with your order from Alice Collins, however we do have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return.

  Here are some instructions on what to do next:

  • Please identify and write on the delivery note enclosed the reason for return. For example, the size ordered was too big/small or didn’t suit, etc.
  • Please note to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must be in a re-saleable condition.
  • If your return is accepted, we will offer an exchange (excluding postage  cost) or a full refund (less the original delivery cost) within 30 days.
  • Please post back to the address below. Please note we do not cover the return postage cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items given as a gift can only be returned by the original purchaser.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn/not in the condition in which it was sold.

If you bought the item from one of our stockists please contact them directly. We can only return items purchased directly from www.alicecollins.com


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
